HLS is Hawaii's only process service office providing service statewide on
all Hawaiian Islands at a single islandwide FLATRATE Fee that includes:
  •   Unlimited Service attempts at the address provided
  •   Guarantee 1st attempt within 3 days after receiving your paper
  •   Free mileage
  •   Free Notary
  •   Free return mail postage ( US First Class )
* RUSH Service:  no additional fee to association members if the RUSH request is
legitimate (i.e.,  court hearing or deadline date close)  versus the client's RUSH
demand is arrogant &/or just wants everything done now.  Non-legitimate RUSH
request are $35.00.
Routine = within 3 days  |   RUSH = within 48 hours   |   SAMEDAY = day received
NOTE:   Although HLS serves process on all islands and behind all coconut trees.
The FLATRATE Fee schedule only covers 99.9% of the locations throughout the
Hawaiian Islands because some locations are remote and/or have limited
accessibility  (i.e, Hana, volcano summits) or zero placement of service officers (i.e.,
