Hawaii Legal Services privacy policy is as follows:

1)    HLS does not give out information about customers/clients to
anyone for any reason without being served a lawful court subpoena
and all subpoenas will be challenged

2)   All info HLS receives from client/customers and info generated
while working the client/customer case are subject to and protected
under one or more of the doctrines of Work Product, Attorney-Client
and/or business and trade secrets.

3)   Without exception, HLS challenges all informal and formal  
disclosure requests (i.e., subpoena) for customer/client info and
records will only be disclosed when its pried from HLS's cold dead  
hands.

4)    HLS does not sell, trade or disclose customer/client info so
don't fuck'n ask.
